Arnold and I had dinner at the Cedar Plank Buffet. Asian! International! Seafood! Italian! Salad/fruit bar! Desert! Something out of ordinary happened this evening. As you know, I am dairy allergic and it is always scary to eat out. Usually, I end up speaking to the manager and/or chef. I asked Doug about the ingredients of a few dishes. He offered to do something that a stranger has never done before. Doug cooked three plates of non-dairy food. The food melted in my mouth. It was superb. 

Clams! Scallops! Steak! Mushrooms!

Steamed vegetables! Potatoes! Salmon! 

Everything was so fresh and flavorful! Thousand thanks Doug! You made a difference in my life today!
